SysAdmin of the Year

Eligibility : The SysAdmin of the Year (the “Contest”) program is a self-nomination contest. Any IT system, networking, database or other type of technical administrator may submit a video. A panel consisting of a few Splunk employees will judge the videos and written submissionss for all prizes. This promotion is open to all U.S. and Canadian resident IT administrators currently employed as an IT administrator.

All entry information is collected in the United States. The Contest is open only to residents of the U.S. and Canada excluding Quebec due to restrictive contest laws.

Promotion Period :  The SysAdmin of the Year begins at 12:00 AM PST on September 2, 2008 and will end at 11:59 PM PST on October 26, 2008.

Limit : Limit one entry per person.

Note: In order to claim the Grand Prize, you must be present at the Lisa conference and claim it in person.

First 500 Entries:

The first 500 video submissions receive a heroic SysAdmin of the Year t-shirt.
