Rite Aid Be a Part of the Race Sweepstakes

Eligibility : Rite Aid Be a Part of the Race Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry.

Promotion Period : The Rite Aid Be a Part of the Race Sweepstakes begins on February 1, 2009 at 12:00:01 a.m. Eastern Time (”ET”) and ends on May 1, 2009 at 11:59:59 p.m. ET (the “Sweepstakes Period”).

How To Enter : During the Sweepstakes Period, visit www.Bepartoftherace.com (the “Website”) and follow the links and instructions to complete the registration. Complete and submit the registration as directed, including a valid home address. (P.O. Boxes are not permitted.) Upon registration, you automatically will receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes.

Limit : One (1) entry per person per day during the Sweepstakes Period, regardless of method of entry.

Prize (s):

ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE will be awarded. Grand Prize consists of a trip for two (2) to a professional stock car race of Grand Prize winner’s choice held within the contiguous United States during 2009 or 2010 season (choice of race limited to races determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion). Grand Prize trip package includes roundtrip coach-class air transportation from an airport near winner’s home (determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) to a major airport near the U.S. city hosting the automobile race selected; two (2) nights accommodations at hotel determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion (single room, double occupancy); two (2) VIP tickets to the professional stock car race winner selected that permit winner and guest to tour the track to meet and greet with the General Mills sponsored race car drivers (all details of meet and greet determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) and two (2) grandstand tickets for winner and guest to view the same race; a gift bag (specific contents of gift bag determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion); and a $1,000 for spending money. Approximate Retail Value (”ARV”) of Grand Prize: $5,000.

FIFTY (50) FIRST PRIZES will be awarded. First Prize consists of one (1) $100 gift card that may be used to purchase gas or other items wherever such gift cards are accepted. ARV of First Prize: $100.

ONE HUNDRED (100) SECOND PRIZES will be awarded. Second Prize consists of one (1) $50 Rite Aid gift card. ARV of Second Prize: $50.
