Eligibility : This contest may only be entered from the United States or the District of Colombia. This contest is available only to those persons, 18 or older, who are legal residents of the United States or the District of Columbia.

Promotion Period : Contest begins May 1, 2010 at 12:00:01 a.m. Eastern Time and promptly ends June 26, 2010 at 11:59:59 p.m. Eastern Time.

Prize (s):

Grand Prize – One (1) Grand Prize (the Grand Prize Winner shall be determined from among all valid entries in all categories): $5,000 cash, a FUJIFILM FinePix HS10 Digital Camera and $250 worth of photo gifts you create at Rite Aid Photos MyWay Photo Center (Total estimated retail value is approximately $5,750).

First Prizes – Nine (9) First Prizes (one in each category): One (1) FUJIFILM FinePix Z700 EXR Digital Camera; One (1) McGraw by Tim McGraw fragrance and One (1) Faith Hill parfum, a linen bound, hard cover photo book you create at Rite Aid’s Photos MyWay Photo Center and a $150 Rite Aid Gift Card (Approximate retail value $529); Limit one First Prize per household.

Second Prizes – Nine (9) Second Prizes (one in each category): One (1) McGraw by Tim McGraw fragrance and One (1) Faith Hill parfum, a $100 Rite Aid Gift Card and an 11 oz. photo mug you create at Rite Aid’s Photos MyWay Photo Center (Approximate retail value $155).
