Eligibility : Participants must have permission from his/her parent or legal guardian (“Parent”) prior to entering and Parent must be 21 years of age or older.  To enter the Sweepstakes you must be: (i) a legal resident of one of the 48 contiguous United States or the District of Columbia (the “Territory”) at time of entry, (ii) between the ages of 8 to 15 years at time of entry, and (iii) physically located within the Territory at the time of entry (each, a “Participant”).

Promotion Period :  Begins at 7:00 p.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on August 20, 2012 and ends at 6:59 p.m. ET on August 25, 2012 (the “Sweepstakes Period”)

Limit : Entries limited to one (1) Entry per person and/or email address per day during the Sweepstake Period.

Prize (s) :

PRIZE (5): The Parent of each daily grand prize winner (“GP Winner”) will be awarded a trip for GP Winner and up to three (3) family members (one of which must be the Parent of the GP Winner) (“Guests”) to Los Angeles, CA (the “Trip Package”).  Trip Package includes (i) roundtrip coach airfare for GP Winner and Guests from the major commercial airport nearest the GP Winner’s residence to Los Angeles, CA (approximate retail value (“ARV”) $3,000.00), (ii) two (2) nights standard hotel accommodations at a hotel of Sponsor’s choice (one room, quad occupancy); ARV $500.00, (iii) round trip ground transportation between airport and hotel, ARV $350.00; (iv) five hundred dollars ($500.00) in spending money for GP Winner only, and (v) the opportunity to appear as a co-panelist or panelist (as solely determined by Sponsor) in and in connection with the production of an episode of FIO (subject to production schedules).  Total ARV of each Daily Sweepstakes Grand Prize: $4,350.00.
