Eligibility : Open to all individuals who: (A) Have supplied Sponsor with a valid e-mail address; (B) Are at least 18 years of age or older at the time of entry; and (C) Are legal residents only of Alaska, Arizona, California, Colorado, Hawaii, Idaho, Louisiana, New Mexico, Nevada, Oklahoma, Oregon, Texas, Utah, Washington or Wyoming (Void in the remainder of the United States, the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, the US Territories and Possession, and where prohibited or restricted by law).

Promotion Period : Begin at 10:00 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) on March 14, 2012 and ends at 11:59:59 PM ET on April 10, 2012

Grand Prize (1): One (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive a five (5) day/four (4) night trip to Las Vegas, NV, for two (2) people, the Grand Prize Winner and his/her guest (the “Guest”), as set forth below:
1. Roundtrip, coach airfare for two (2) people, from the U.S. City gateway airport nearest Grand Prize Winner’s home, as selected by Sponsor, to Las Vegas, NV (McCarran International Airport);
2. Four (4) nights stay in a guest room, single room double occupancy, at Caesar’s Palace hotel in Las Vegas;
3. Return airport transfers to and from the airport to the hotel in Las Vegas;
4. A one hundred fifty dollar ($150.00) Caesar’s Palace dining certificate, subject to the certificate’s restrictions;
5. Either a tandem skydiving package for two (2), OR a five hundred dollar ($500.00) Caesar’s Palace Qua Spa Certificate ($250.00 per person), subject to the certificate’s restrictions;
6. Travel Insurance for Grand Prize Winner and his/her Guest.

Winner List : Any person wishing to receive a list of verified Prize winners must send a self-address stamped envelope to: Carl’s Jr.®’s Wrath of the Titans Sweepstakes, P.O. Box 251328, West Bloomfield, MI 48325. Requests must be received no later than May 30, 2012. VT residents may omit return postage.
