Eligibility : Open to all legal U.S. residents of the 50 United States (including D.C.), who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

Promotion Period : Begins January 3, 2013 at 12:00:01 p.m. ET and ends February 28, 2013 at 11:59:59 a.m. ET (the “Sweepstakes Period”)

Prize (s) :

PRIZE (1): One (1) Grand Prize winner will receive a trip to Vermont, one Health and Wellness package, two (2) EatingWell® cookbooks, a one-year subscription to EatingWell® Magazine (for winner and guest), and $7,000 (made payable to the winner by check). Total Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of Grand Prize Package: $25,000.

FIRST PRIZES (500): Five Hundred (500) First Prize winners will each receive an EatingWell® cookbook. ARV of each First Prize: $35.

SECOND PRIZES (950): Nine Hundred Fifty (950) Second Prize winners will each receive a one-year EatingWell® Magazine subscription (6 issues total). ARV of each Second Prize: $9.99.

THIRD PRIZES (2,000): Two Thousand (2,000) Third Prize winners will each receive a free package of DOLE® Salad (to be awarded in the form of one (1) coupon, good for one (1) free bag of salad, up to a maximum retail price of $4.99). ARV of each Third Prize: $4.99.
