Royal Retreat Sweepstakes

Eligibility : Open only to permanent, legal United States (“U.S.”) residents who are physically residing in one (1) of the fifty (50) U.S. or the District of Columbia (excluding Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands and other U.S. territories), and who are eighteen (18) years of age or older and the age of majority in their state of residence as of the start of the Sweepstakes Period.

Promotion Period : Begin on June 6, 2012 at 12:00 PM (noon) ET and end on August 31, 11:59 PM ET (“Sweepstakes Period”).

Limit : You may enter once (1) a day during the Sweepstakes Period for a maximum total of eighty-seven (87) Entries during the Sweepstakes Period.

Prize (s) :

There will be one (1) prize (“Prize”) awarded to Winner. Prize will consist of an opportunity for Winner and up to one (1) guest (“Guest”) to visit the set of Royal Pains (“Set Visit”) in or near East Hampton, NY (“Trip”). Trip will consist of the following: round-trip, commercial-coach class airfare for Winner and Guest from a major U.S. airport in or near Winner’s residence to a major U.S. airport in or near Long Island, New York (“NY Airport”) (subject to Sponsors’ sole discretion); hotel accommodations (single room/double occupancy) for two nights at the Mill House Inn, located at 31 North Main Street, East Hampton, NY 11937 or in a comparable hotel located in or near East Hampton, NY (“Hotel”) (subject to availability and Sponsors’ sole discretion); daily breakfast for Winner and Guest at Hotel; dinner for Winner and Guest at the Citta Nuova, located at 29 Newtown Lane, East Hampton, NY 11937 (alcohol not included); a rental car for duration of Trip; five hundred dollars ($500) spending money for Winner in the form of a check made payable to Winner or in another form subject to Sponsors’ sole discretion; Set Visit for Winner and Guest; and private transportation for Winner and Guest from Hotel to Set Visit. Estimated Retail Value (“ERV”) of prize is six thousand eight hundred and fifty dollars ($6,850).
