Eligibility : Open only to individuals who are legal residents (natural persons only) and physically located in one (1) of the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia, and who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry.

Promotion Period : Between 2:00:01 P.M. Eastern Time (“ET”) on 4/4/13 and 5:00:01 P.M. ET on 4/18/13 (“Promotion Period”)

Prize (s) :

(1) “Grand Prize”: A 3-day/2-night trip for Grand Prize winner and his/her guest to one (1) game of the 2013 NBA Finals designated by Sponsors consisting of round-trip coach air transportation via Sponsors’ selected air carrier, from major airport nearest to winner’s residence in the U.S. to the city of game location, one (1) standard room double-occupancy hotel accommodations, ground transportation to/from the airport and the applicable hotel, two (2) tickets to the game, and a meet and greet with an NBA Legend (Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) = $3,000).

(3) “First Prizes”: Two (2) tickets to a 2013-14 regular season NBA game in any one (1) team market (to be determined by Sponsors). Travel to and from game and all other costs and expenses associated with redemption of the First Prize is not included in prize and is each winner’s sole responsibility. (ARV = $200).
