Eligibility : eBay Ultimate Motors Giveaway (the “Sweepstakes”) is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age and older, who are physically located and reside in the United States or District of Columbia and who are registered members of www.ebay.com at the time of entry (“Eligible Participant”).

Promotion Period : The Sweepstakes begins at 9:00:00 AM Pacific Time (PT) on March 10, 2014 and ends 11:59:59 PM PT on April 11, 2014 (the “Promotion Period”).

Enter Online At : ebay.com/motors/garage

Enter by U. S. Mail : To enter the Sweepstakes by U. S. Mail, hand print your name, address, city, state, ZIP code, eBay User ID, date of birth, email address (optional) and daytime telephone number on a 3” X 5” card, and mail it, in an envelope with postage affixed, to: eBay Ultimate Motors Giveaway , P. O. Box  997, Plainview, NY  11803-0997.  Mail-in entries must be postmarked by April 11, 2014 and received by April 18, 2014.  Limit one entry per outer envelope.

Limit : You will receive one (1) entry in the Sweepstakes each time you create a new eBay Garage profile during the Promotion Period. There is a limit of two (2) new profiles per eBay user ID and/or per person during the Promotion Period.  Once logged in, upload a new vehicle Photograph to your profile to receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes. There is a limit of one (1) vehicle Photograph upload per new profile per eBay User ID during the Promotion Period.

Prize (s) :

One (1) Grand Prize: 2014 Cadillac CTS® Premium. Approximate Retail Value (ARV):  $62,725.

One (1) First Prize: 2014 Indian Chief® Classic Motorcycle.  ARV:  $20,000.

Ten (10) Second Prizes:   $100 eBay Gift Card.  ARV:  $100/each.
