Follow the instructions to complete and submit the registration form. You automatically will receive one Sweepstakes entry and the Instant Win Game results will be instantly displayed. Each entrant may enter/play one time per day during the Promotion Period.

This JTV Sweepstakes 2023 is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are at least 21 years old at the time of entry.
