1 GRAND PRIZE: 1 Grand Prize winner will receive a 5 day/4 night trip for 4 people (Grand Prize winner and up to 3 travel companions) to O’ahu, Hawaii. Approximate Retail Value of Grand Prize: USD $5,204 / CAD $5,538.68.

Trip includes:

• Round trip coach airfare for 4 people between the major gateway airport nearest the Grand Prize winner’s residence and Honolulu International Airport;
• Hotel accommodations at Aulani, a Disney Resort & Spa;
• Ground transportation in O’ahu between the airport and Aulani.

One Hundred (100) First Prize Winners will each receive a Disney Planes Fire & Rescue ’Fire Blastin’ Dusty” toy from Mattel.

The ARV of each First Prize is USD $49.99 / CAD $54.97.
Total ARV of all First Prizes is USD $4,999 / CAD $5,497.

Five hundred (500) Second Prizes Winners will each receive a Disney Planes Fire & Rescue “Cabbie Transporter” toy from Mattel.

The ARV of each Second Prize is USD $24.99 / CAD $27.03. Total ARV of all Second Prizes is USD $12,495 / CAD $13,515.

Open only to entrants who, at the time of entry, are:

• (a) natural persons who are legal residents of one of the 50 United States, the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, or Canada (excluding Quebec),
• (b) 13 years of age or older,
• (c) members of Disney Movie Rewards Loyalty Program.

The sweepstakes may be entered during the entry period beginning at 12:00:01 A.M. PT on October 1, 2014 and ending at 11:59:59 P.M. PT on December 31, 2014 by visiting http://www.disneymovierewards.go.com/promotions/sweepstakes/PlanesRescueSweeps and clicking “Enter Now”. Next, you will need to either sign in (if you are already a member of DMR) or join (if you are not a member of DMR). Then, follow the instructions to enter.

After entering the Sweepstakes as described above, you may redeem DMR points for up to 99 additional Sweepstakes entries during the Sweepstakes Period, with each such additional Sweepstakes entry qualifying you for 1 additional entry into the Sweepstakes drawing.
