49ers Fantasy Sweepstakes

Eligibility : The 49ers Fantasy Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open only to legal residents of California (in one of the following counties: Alameda, Alpine, Amador, Butte, Calaveras, Colusa, Contra Costa, Del Norte, El Dorado, Fresno, Glenn, Humboldt, Lake, Lassen, Madera, Mariposa, Marin, Mendocino, Merced, Modoc, Mono, Monterey, Napa, Placer, Plumas, Sacramento, San Benito, San Francisco, San Joaquin, San Mateo, Santa Clara, Santa Cruz, Shasta, Sierra, Siskiyou, Solano, Sonoma, Stanislaus, Sutter, Tehama, Trinity, Tuolumne Yolo, and Yuba) who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

Promotion Period : The 49ers Fantasy Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”), October 28, 2009 and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET, November 17, 2009 (the “Promotion Period”).

How To Enter : During the Promotion Period, visit www.cokeplaytowin.com/Raleys and follow the links and instructions to complete the registration.

Limit : 1 Sweepstakes entry per day during the Promotion Period.

Prize (s):

385 Prizes: 4 tickets to the San Francisco 49ers game on December 27, 2009. Specific seat locations may vary and will be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. By accepting ticket prize, winner agrees to abide by any terms, conditions and restrictions provided by the ticket. Sponsor is not responsible if winner does not use ticket on day of event. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $140.
