2012 NFL PLAY 60 Bus Contest

Eligibility : Open only to those who are, as of the date of entry, legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and District of Columbia eighteen (18) years of age or older who are either (i) a School Administrator, Teacher, Parent Teacher Association (“PTA”) leader or Parent Teacher Organization (“PTO”) leader representing a public state-accredited, private school or vocational school with grades between Kindergarten and eighth grade that is located in the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia; OR (ii) a School Administrator, Manager, Director or Teacher of an after-school program with grades between Kindergarten and eighth grade located in the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia, that is either a) run by public state-accredited, private or vocational schools; or b) which is licensed in their state; OR (iii) a Manager or Director of a nonprofit or 501(c) organization with an after-school program or community center located in the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia for children in grades between Kindergarten and eighth grade.

Promotion Period : Begins at 12:00:00 p.m. (noon) Eastern Time (“ET”) on 11/20/12 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. ET on 2/10/13 (hereafter, “Promotion Period”).

Prize (s) :

(1) Grand Prize: An NFL PLAY 60 Bus prize package consisting of the item(s) described in winner’s Entry that will help to create a better place for kids to get active and healthy and the opportunity to have the NFL PLAY 60 Bus and one (1) or more NFL player(s) (exact attendees determined by the Sponsor in its sole discretion) visit winner’s school or community center with those improvements described in Entry submission (hereafter, “Visit”). Item(s) awarded in the Grand Prize must be valued at a $20,000 or less inclusive of installation (if applicable). Maximum Retail Value of Grand Prize (including installation of item(s) awarded, if applicable) = $20,000.
