What is the Corala Blanket?

The Corala blanket is an adult premium weighted blanket in living coral color (2019’s Pantone Color of the Year). It’s made of 100% breathable cotton fabric and unlike cheap weighted blanket filled with plastic or synthetics, the Corala Blanket is filled with glass beads which makes it premium.

Packaging

When I received the Corala Blanket, I knew I had something premium in my hands because the packaging is stunning! It’s not the packaging we are used to see when it comes to bed sheets.

The blanket comes in a premium gift box that include not only the blanket itself, but also a Summer Duvet made of pure 100% cotton as well as Winter Duvet that is made of an insulated dotted minky fabric.

Did I mention that the package is heavy? Yes, it’s heavy so be prepared to bring some muscles to lift the box as the blanket weights 20lbs!

The Blanket

Weighted blankets are supposed to enhanced relaxation, improve sleep, and keep you warm at the same time. I was very excited to experience one for the very first time. My wife was also happy to try one since she read so many things about this type of blanket on the Internet. Plus, she’s always cold at night :) Even the kids had their moment with the blanket as they were always trying to steal it from us because they were curious about this weighted blanket.

Like any new pillow or mattress, you will need to get used to the Corala Blanket. We are not used to sleep with something that heavy on our body. But trust me, you’ll get used to it pretty quickly and you’ll thank yourself for getting one.

It’s hard to describe how it feels being under a Corala blanket. That’s the kind of product you need to try to understand. But my wife described it as being hugged, all night long that is. The sensation is comforting, it feels safe, and it appears to be working great on sleep quality. Personally, I’ve been sleeping like a baby since I started sleeping with it. And my wife is not struggling with the cold weather anymore.

On the downside, the blanket might be too warm for some. That’s something you have to consider before getting one. If you are the kind of people who is always too warm at night and never put more than one sheet on your bed, this might not be a good match for you.

Final Thoughts

If you are looking for a weighted blanket, the Corala Blanket is the one to get for sure. If you are the kind of person who like to stay warm, you will love it. If you are the kind of person who like to be comfortable in bed, you will love it too because the Corala Blanket is more than just a warm blanket. It’s all about wellness, comfort, good sleep, and happiness.

Sure, it’s somewhat expensive at over $200. But it’s still not as expensive as a luxury mattress that won’t be as comforting as this premium blanket.
