Eligibility

This Pepsi Sweepstakes 2022 is open only to legal U.S. residents residing in one of the forty eight (48) contiguous United States or the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older (19 years of age or older for residents of Alabama or Nebraska) at the time of entry.

Sweepstakes Period

The 18 Week Pack Sweepstakes begins on September 7, 2022 and ends on September 12, 2022.

How To Enter

• Step 1: Complete an Instacart order which must include the purchase and delivery of two (2) 12-packs of Pepsi. Instacart.com account required.
• Step 2: Use your SMS-enabled mobile phone or device to text Pepsi18WeekPack to short code 23955 and follow the automated text prompts to agree to the Official Rules, and to text your state of residency, date of birth, and email address.
• Save your receipt. Receipt required for verification if selected as winner.

Limit one (1) Entry per person/mobile number/mailing address per day, regardless of entry method.

Prizes

Prize consists of a Pepsi 18 Week Pack which includes a heater/AC unit; kitchenette with stove, sink, fridge and flooring; bathroom with shower, sink and toilet*; gull electric 50 AMP Sub Panel**; drywall interior; full insulation package; washer dryer all in one. Winner will also receive $10,000 (awarded in the form of a check, payable to winner), a one-year Instacart+ Membership and $1500 in Instacart Gift Cards. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $89,599.00.
