Eligibility : The Next Food Network Star 5: Fan Favorite Vote Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open to all legal residents of the 48 contiguous United States and the District of Columbia, age 18 years of age or older
Promotion Period : The Next Food Network Star 5: Fan Favorite Vote Sweepstakes will begin at 9:00 p.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on June 7, 2009 and end at 9:00 a.m. ET on August 4, 2009 (the “Promotion Period”).

Limit : One (1) online entry per valid email address, per person per day.
