Eligibility : Sears Hometown Store Family & Friends VIP Contest (the “Promotion”) is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia and who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry.

Promotion Period : The Sears Hometown Store Family & Friends VIP Contest begins on February 17, 2010 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on February 22, 2010 at 10:00 a.m. ET (the “Promotion Period”).

How To Enter : During the Promotion Period, go to http://sears.promo.eprize.com/hometownfebruary and complete and submit the online entry form

Limit : Each participant may enter/play one (1) time per day during the Promotion Period.

Prize (s):

Sweepstakes Prizes: ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: $1,000 in Sears gift cards. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $1,000.

Instant Win Game Prizes: FOUR HUNDRED (400) FIRST PRIZES: $5 Sears gift card. ARV: $5.
