Eligibility : Open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia (excluding Puerto Rico and all other U.S. territories and possessions and overseas military installations) and Canada (excluding Quebec) who are eighteen (18) years of age and/or have reached the age of majority in their state, province or territory who are eighteen (18) years of age and/or have reached the age of majority in their state/province of residence at time of entry and individuals between the ages of thirteen (13) and seventeen (17) having their parent’s permissions to enter.
