$70,000 Customer Appreciation Giveaway

Eligibility : $70,000 Customer Appreciation Giveaway (the “Promotion”) is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States (including District of Columbia) who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry.

Promotion Period : The Promotion begins on April 1, 2010 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) and the Sweepstakes ends on April 27, 2010 at 11:59 p.m. ET and the Instant Win Game ends on April 30, 2010 at 11:59 p.m. ET (the “Promotion Period”).

How To Enter : During the Promotion Period, go to hsn.com/giveaway and fill out the online entry form.

Limit : Each participant may enter the Sweepstakes one (1) time per day up until 4/27/10 at 11:59 p.m. ET and play the Instant Win Game one (1) time per day during the Promotion Period.

Prize (s):

Sweepstakes Prizes: TWELVE (12) GRAND PRIZES: An HSN gift card valued between $100 and $500 (depending on which square on the game board each potential winner selects). Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $100 to $500.

Instant Win Game Prizes: FORTY (40) FIRST PRIZES: $50 HSN gift card. ARV: $50. FIVE HUNDRED (500) SECOND PRIZES: American Greetings PhotoWorks Studio Book. ARV: $46. FIFTY (50) THIRD PRIZES: $30 HSN gift card. ARV: $30. SIXTY (60) FOURTH PRIZES: $25 HSN gift card. ARV: $25. FIVE HUNDRED (500) FIFTH PRIZES: $20 American Greetings PhotoWorks gift certificate. ARV: $20. ONE THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED (1,400) SIXTH PRIZES: $20 HSN gift card. ARV: $20.

Winners : Winner List requests will only be accepted after the promotion end date (listed above) and no later than July 30, 2010. For the Winner List, visit the promotion website, complete the form at the bottom of the FAQ, and select “Win List Request” in the drop down.
