The Customer Appreciation Sweepstakes begins on October 5, 2023 and ends on November 3, 2023. To enter the Sweepstakes, go online to https://big40.uscellular.com to access the official entry form. Follow the instructions to furnish all information required for entry. Follow all prompts and instructions to find out if you’re an instant winner. Limit one Promotion Play per eligible entrant per day during the Promotion Period, regardless of entry method.

This US Cellular Sweepstakes 2023 is open to legal residents of CA, IL, IA, KS, MD, ME, MO, NE, NH, NC, OK, OR, SD, TN, TX, VT, VA, WA, WI and WV, who are at least 18 years old (at least 19 years old in NE) as of date of entry.
