Eligibility : The Living Right, Smiling Bright Healthy Upgrade Sweepstakes & Instant Win (the “Promotion”) is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least twenty one (21) years old at the time of entry.

Promotion Period : The Promotion begins on June 30, 2008 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on September 30, 2008, 2008 at 11:59 p.m. ET (the “Promotion Period”).

Limit : Each participant may enter/play one (1) time per day during the Promotion Period.
