General Mills Dollar Days Stock Up Sweepstakes

Eligibility : General Mills Dollar Days Stock Up Sweepstakes (the “Instant Win Game”) is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least thirteen (13) years old at the time of entry. Void where prohibited.

Promotion Period :  The Instant Win Game begins on September 1, 2008 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on October 15, 2008 at 11:59 p.m. ET (the “Promotion Period”)

Limit :   Participant may play (1) time per day, regardless of method of entry, during the Promotion Period.

Prize (s):

ONE (1) FIRST PRIZE: 100,000 Bonus Box Tops. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $10,000. Prize will be awarded as a certificate to the BTFE School of winner’s choice (terms and conditions apply).

ONE HUNDRED (100) SECOND PRIZES: 500 Bonus Box Tops. ARV: $50. Prizes will be awarded as a certificate to the winner
