Eligibility : Open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

Promotion Period : Begins 12:00 PM Eastern Time (“ET”) January 23, 2012 and ends 12:00 PM ET March 15, 2012 (“Sweepstakes Period”).

Limit : Limit one (1) Entry per person and per e-mail address per day for the duration of the Sweepstakes Period.

Prize (s) :

Grand Prize packages (10): Each Grand Prize package consists of: one (1) Xbox 360® 4GB console with Kinect™ sensor (Estimated Retail Value (“ERV”) $299.99), one (1) Dance Central 2 videogame (ERV $49.99), one (1) Your Shape Fitness Evolved 2012 videogame (ERV $49.99), one (1) Kinect Sports: Season Two videogame (ERV $49.99) and one (1) Kinect Sports videogame (ERV $49.99). ERV of each Grand Prize package is $499.95.

Winner List : The names of the winners (available after April 2, 2012) and/or a copy of these Official Rules may be obtained by mailing a self-addressed, stamped #10 envelope to: Welch’s “Heart Health Month” Sweepstakes – Winners/Rules (please specify which), P.O.
