Here is a step-by-step guide that will help you enter this Sweepstakes today:

1. Visit CVSWearYourHeART.com during the Contest Period.
2. Complete the online entry form.
3. Submit a proposed design for a CVS Health brand bandage relating to the theme of “protecting your health”.
4. Provide a short written response in 150 words or less describing the inspiration the behind the design and how it relates to the theme of protecting your health.
5. You will receive one entry.

What Are The Prizes?

• Grand Prizes (4 available – 2 for Entrants who are 18 or older and 2 for Designers under age 18):

  Grand Prize for Entrants 18 years of age or older:

  • Winning Entrant’s bandage design featured on limited edition CVS Health brand bandages launching Fall 2027.
  • $5,000 awarded as a check made payable to the Entrant
  • Opportunity for Entrant to be featured in a national promotional campaign (which may include, but is not limited to, media, social media posts, etc.)

  Grand Prize for Designers under the age of 18:

  • Winning Designer’s bandage design featured on limited edition CVS Health brand bandages launching Fall 2027.
  • $5,000 awarded as a check made payable to the Entrant
  • Opportunity for Designers to be featured in a national promotional campaign (which may include, but is not limited to, media, social media posts, etc.)

The ARV of each Grand Prize is $5,000 which represents the value of the monetary portion of the Grand Prize.

CVS Sweepstakes Rules

• Sweepstakes Eligibility: The Giveaway is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia. Designers (as defined below) under the age of 18 must have their parent or legal guardian enter on their behalf.
• Promotion Period: The Contest begins at 10:00 a.m. ET on September 15, 2026 and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET on November 30, 2026.
• Limit: Limit one Entry per Entrant or Designer.
• Sweepstakes Winners: For the names of the winners, available after January 11, 2027, send a stamped, self-addressed envelope by February 11, 2027 to: The CVS Wear Your HeART Contest – Winners, PO Box 7760 (Dept. SE), Melville, NY 11775-7760.
