Eligibility : The Signed CosmoGirl! T-Shirt Sweepstakes is open to girls ages 13 through 25 who are residents of the United States, the District of Columbia, and Canada. Void in Puerto Rico, the Province of Quebec, and where prohibited by law.

Promotion Period : The Signed CosmoGirl! T-Shirt Sweepstakes begins at midnight ET June 17, 2008, through 11:59 p.m. ET September 16, 2008. Winners will be notified on or around October 1, 2008.

Limit : Limit (1) one entry per household

Prize (s):
Three Grand Prizes winners will each win a CosmoGIRL! T-shirt signed by the Jonas Brothers (ARV: $100).

hello,

i been trying to enter the contest but for some reason im having trouble putting my bday in the format says to have it like

mm/dd/yyyy

my bday is may 31 1994 so how does it go i put it in like 5/31/1994

and the format says its wrong
