Eligibility : Open only to natural persons who are legal residents of the United States and the District of Columbia (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Tennessee, U.S. territories and U.S. military installations), who are at least 18 years of age as of April 2, 2012 and who meet the following eligibility requirements and have read and agreed to these Official Rules (“Entrants”).

Promotion Period : Grand Prize entries due by noon EDT May 21, 2012

Limit : One entry per person

Prize (s) :

One (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive free rent for a year valued at $10,000, plus an additional $10,000, in a single check for a total of $20,000.00. Grand Prize Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $20,000.00.
Four (4) Runner-Up Winners each will receive a check for $500.00.
