2013 Apartments.com Roommate Of The Year Contest

Eligibility : open only to natural persons who are legal residents of the United States and the District of Columbia (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Tennessee, U.S. territories and U.S. military installations), who are at least 18 years of age as of April 8, 2013 and who meet the following eligibility requirements and have read and agreed to these Official Rules (“Entrants”). Void in Alaska, Hawaii, Tennessee, U.S. territories, U.S. military installations, and where prohibited by law. To be eligible, the Entrant (alternately, “You”, “Your”, or “Yourself”) must be: (1) currently paying rent, or (2) currently looking for an apartment to rent, as of Your date of entry in the Contest.

Promotion Period : Starts on April 8, 2013 and ends on May 20, 2013

Limit : One entry per person.

Prize (s) :

One (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive free rent for a year valued at $10,000, plus an additional $10,000, in a single check for a total of $20,000.00. Grand Prize Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $20,000.00.

Four (4) Runner-Up Winners each will receive a check for $500.00. Total value of all runner-up winner prizes: $2,000.00.
