The Grand Prize winner, who will be selected in a random drawing on or about 12/1/2014, will walk away with $100,000! A total of 512 store prizes, one for each participating New York & Company store location, will also be awarded and each consists of a check for $500.

Obtain An Access Code

Before you enter the sweepstakes, you must obtain an access code. There are two ways to obtain one as described below.

• 1) Purchase: Shop at a New York & Company on Black Friday and be among the first 200 shoppers to make a purchase to receive an access code.
• 2) Without Purchase: You may also obtain an access code by visiting nycosweeps.com starting at 6:00:00 pm ET on Thanksgiving Day.

Please note there is a limit of one (1) access code per person throughout the Promotion Period, regardless of store location visited or the number of purchases made, and each access code may only be used one (1) time to enter the sweepstakes.

Participate To Win

Once you have your code, visit nycosweeps.com to get started. Next, follow the instructions to complete and submit the registration form including the code to receive one (1) entry in both the Grand Prize Drawing and Store Prize Drawing.

Promotion Period

You may obtain your access code beginning at 6:00:00 pm ET on November 27, 2014 and you must submit it no later than 11:59:59 pm ET on November 28, 2014 to be eligible for the sweepstakes drawings.

Eligibility

In order to participate in the New York & Company $100,000 Sweepstakes, participants must be legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia, who are 18 years of age or older (or the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence) at time of entry.
