FEARnet Home Is Where The Haunt Is Contest

Eligibility : FEARnet Home Is Where The Haunt Is Contest is open to all legal residents of the 48 CONTINENTAL United States and the District of Columbia age 18 and older. Employees (and their immediate families (spouse, parent, child, sibling and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) or those living in the same households, whether or not related) of Horror Entertainment, LLC (“Sponsor”), American Broadcasting Companies, Inc. (ABC) and Good Morning America, their respective parent, affiliate, subsidiary and successor companies, distributors and advertising and promotion agencies, (collectively, “Contest Parties”) are not eligible to enter or win. Contest subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited by law.

Promotion Period :  FEARnet Home Is Where The Haunt Is Contest begins 10/6/08 at 4:01 p.m. Eastern Time(“ET”) and ends 10/27/08 at 12:01 p.m. ET (“Contest Entry Period”).

Limit : Limit one (1) Entry per person, per email address, per day.

Prize (s):

One (1) Grand Prize: Grand Prize winner will receive $25,000 (awarded as a check) (Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $25,000). In addition, Grand Prize winner will receive $10,000 (awarded as a check) to assist with taxes on the Grand Prize value.
