Eligibility : Open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia and Puerto Ricowho are 18 years of age or older and who have reached the legal age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence at the time of entry.

Promotion Period : The 2014 Eggland’s Best “Your Best Recipe” Contest (“Contest”) begins 12:00 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) May 5, 2014 and ends 11:59 PM ET October 31, 2014 (“Contest Period”). The Contest entry period begins 12:00 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) May 5, 2014 and ends 11:59 PM ET July 31, 2014 (the “Entry Period”).

Limit : You may submit up to two (2) recipes in each of the following four (4) categories: Breakfast; Main Course; Appetizer; and Dessert (each, a “Category”).

Prize (s) :

Grand Prize (1):  $10,000.00 (awarded in the form of a $10,000.00 check) (Estimated Retail Value (“ERV”) $10,000.00).

Category Prizes (4):  $1,000.00 (awarded in the form of a $1,000.00 check) (ERV $1,000.00 each).

Kid-friendly Prize (1): $1,000.00 (awarded in the form of a $1,000.00 check) (ERV $1,000.00).

Fan Favorite Prize (1): $1,000.00 (awarded in the form of a $1,000.00 check) (ERV $1,000.00).
