Dixie Off My Plate Contest 2020

I could use a meal. We are a family of 5 3 adults 2 children .

I would love to get out of apartment and into my own house/townhouse. I would love to have my own space/room to be my ‘ministry’ room instead of it being in my living room and being all over the place! I have the yarn to make hats and scarves for the women and children at the Lovelady center. I also make hats and scarves for the homeless to go along with mats that I make for the homeless out of plastic grocery bags from the grocery/supermarket/drug stores. So you can imagine the ‘mess’ that is in my living room! I would be very honored to have my own space for the yarn and plastic bags I use for the Kingdom!

I love Dixie products.We use paper plates everyday.

You should take the ‘START OVER’ button off the very last page where you’re able to edit your photo. I thought it meant I could choose another photo and when I clicked it everything I’d just typed on the previous page for my submission was gone. Super duper frustrating.

A good idea would be if they had a warning after you clicked it that said “Are you sure you want to lose all your data.”

My mom is sick myself and daughter are the ones who help her and with corona and being out of work im a bit stressed frustrated etc but to my surprise my daughter said to me mama im going to give u a day i will look grandma and u can go out in all the stores u want and come back when you want. So as im heateful for all the blessings that the lord had given me i would still like us to move into our own home in a nice neighborhood So the burden of some of my bills will be eased

I could use a new roof and hole inside of the house to be redone My husband is Handycap and the outside cleaned up and we need a garage new one

Have home repair.done

I could use the money to buy food for the homeless. I. Could use the money to buy diapers for a man that was shot. I could use the money to stock our church food pantry. I could use the money to feed the community That we are helping. I could use the money and donate it to the church with this virus has hurt so many families.
I would use the money to better others. I am not rich but I am rich with a warm bed at night. A family that loves me and faith in all.

In this scary time . I’m afraid to go to the store. I’m hungry. And need food.. and any prize money would help pay someone to go get me food

I am entering for my granddaughter she is a single mom with two children she is an essential worker she is a radiation therapist very hard worker And very considerate of others always doing stuff for her grandmother me and other members of the family she really could use the money for expenses he has a Three year old daughter that is in daycare and a nine-year-old son she struggles to Pay for daycare her mortgage and her car payment and all her bills I would love to see her win this She never asks for anything from anybody for herself.

Since being quarantined, we have discovered a leaking pipe in wall. Floor jousts under tub in bad shape. I’m afraid someone will get Hurt b4 l can save money for repair.

I could truly use a good reliable late model used car to get myself to various Dr. appts and infusions. my wonderful and beautiful daughter presently has to schedule time off from her work to take me to all these appointnents
