Ready to enter your codes at CulversSplash.com? First, visit the Sweepstakes website then locate the online entry form. Second, enter your zip code, date of birth and prize code as instructed to continue. Finally, follow the instructions to complete your entry in order to receive one Sweepstakes Entry for a chance to win a prize.

Each code is good for one entry and you can enter up to three times per day. If you want more chances to win, you’ll have to either purchase more Medium Soft Drinks or requests more free prize codes.

Don’t have a code to enter the Sweepstakes? That is not a problem. You can find a sweepstakes code affixed to specially marked fountain cups when you purchase a 22-oz.
