Eligibility : Chubby Penguin Apparel Prelaunch Sweepstakes (the “Promotion”) is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States (including District of Columbia) who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry.

Promotion Period : The Chubby Penguin Apparel Prelaunch Sweepstakes begins on April 25, 2009 at 9:00 a.m. Eastern Standard Time (“EST”) and ends on June 15, 2009 at 11:59 p.m. EST (the “Promotion Period”).

How To Enter : During the Promotion Period, go to www.shopchubbypenguin.com and fill out the online entry form.

Limit : Each participant may enter one (1) time during the Promotion Period.

Prize (s):

ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: $50 cash and a custom Chubby Penguin Tshirt. Customization of tshirt includes (1) Color of tshirt (2)Color of Chubby Penguin logo. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $65.
