Total Rock Total Rewards Giveaway

Eligibility : Total Rock Total Rewards Giveaway (the “Sweepstakes”) is open only to legal residents of the forty-eight (48) contiguous United States, and the District of Columbia who are at least twenty-one (21) years old at the time of entry.

Promotion Period : The Sweepstakes begins on May 5, 2010 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on June 9, 2010 at 11:59 p.m. ET (the “Promotion Period”).

Limit : Each participant may enter one (1) time per day during the Promotion Period.

Prize (s):

ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: A trip for a band of three (3) or four (4) to Atlantic City, NJ. Trip package includes air transportation for three (3) or four (4) on an XOJET® charter flight from a Major or Executive airport near winner’s home (an airport that XOJET® provides service to; determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) to Atlantic City, NJ; four (4) nights’ accommodations at a hotel determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion (two rooms, double occupancy); ground transportation between airport and hotel; the chance to compete in the Total Rock Total Rewards Rock Band Big Event (winning band for the overall Total Rock Total Rewards Rock Band Big Event competition will participate in a private meet and greet with Ringo Starr® and win $10,000); three (3) or four (4) tickets to attend the Ringo Starr® and His All Starr Band concert at Caesar’s Atlantic City Hotel & Casino on July 3, 2010.  Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $51,040.
