Eligibility : The Animoto Share The Joy (the “Promotion”) is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are thirteen (13) years of age or older.

Promotion Period : The Animoto Promotion begins on December 4th , 2009 at 12a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on January 2nd, 2010 at 11:59 p.m. ET (the “Promotion Period”)

Limit : There is no limit to the number of videos that an entrant may submit (each a “Submission”) during the Promotion Period

Prize (s):

The top five (5) winners will receive a Year Supply of Pepsi, Mountain Dew or Sierra Mist: which equals thirty 12-pack coupons with an Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $119.20 USD. And one of five (5) FLIP VIDEO MINO HD CAMCORDERS – BLACK (ARV):$225.00 USD.

The Twenty (20) finalists (including the top 5 winners) will each receive an Animoto All Access Pass with the duration of one (1) year (ARV): $30.00 USD.
