Eligibility : Open to individuals who are: (a) legal residents of one (1) of the fifty (50) contiguous United States or District of Columbia and (b) are at least twenty one (21) years of age or older at the time of entry.

Promotion Period : The Promotion begins at 9:00:01 AM EDT on February 27, 2012 and ends at 7:59:59 PM EDT on October 7, 2013 (the ‘Promotion Period’).

Limit : Entries are limited to one (1) entry per natural person each month over the Promotion Period.

Prize (s) :

Grand Prize: One (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive a trip for two (2) to a CeeLo Green performance at the discretion of the sponsor. VIP access, air fare, and accommodations will be provided by the Sponsor. Approximate retail value of the grand prize is $1,429.

Monthly Prizes: Seven (7) Monthly Prize winners will each receive the prize set forth at Sponsor’s discretion each 1st of the month. Approximate retail value of the monthly prize will vary.
