The official rules says :
The Grand Prize consists of: four (4) coach class roundtrip airfare for four (4) people to the Bahamas; one (1) hotel room for three (3) nights (occupancy for 4) at the Atlantis Resort; four (4) premium tickets to the private performance concert featuring Jonas Brothers, on December 15 at the Atlantis Resort; car service to and from the hotel to the airport; and $500 spending money payable by check.

There’s nothing about meeting the band or hang out with them.
However, since it’s a private concert which means it probably won’t have thousands of people.

1) Entries above 10 are simply void
2) You get disqualified

In short, read the rules and respect the limit
