Eligibility : The Radio Disney Best Of Both Worlds Sweepstakes is open to anyone 16 years of age or younger who is a legal resident of, and physically located within, the 50 United States or D.C. (”Territory”).

Promotion Period : Radio Disney Best Of Both Worlds Sweepstakes is commencing at 3:00:00 A.M., August 15, 2009, and ending at 3:00:00 P.M., August 20, 2009 (”Term”)

Limit : Regardless of method of Entry and whether one person has more than one Address / Cell Phone Number or more than one person use the same Address / Cell Phone Number, only one (1) On-line Entry per person per Day is permitted (a maximum of six (6) entries per entrant during the Term); only one (1) SMS Text Entry per person per Day is permitted (a maximum of six (6) entries per entrant during the Term); and only one (1) On-air Super Entry (equal to 100 entries) per person per Day is permitted (a maximum of six hundred (600) entries per entrant during the Term). Prize (s):

ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: The winner of the Sweepstakes (”Winner”) will receive a three (3) day / two (2) night trip for four (4) persons (Winner, one Parent / Legal Guardian, and two other guests) (”Family”) to their choice of ONE (1) of the following cities: [A] Nashville, TN OR [B] Los Angeles, CA (”City”) (”Trip”). In addition, the Winner will receive a copy of the Hannah Montana: The Movie DVD (”DVD”) autographed by Miley Cyrus (”Talent”)! The Grand Prize consists of the following elements: [1] hotel accommodations for the Family (one standard room, quadruple occupancy) for two (2) nights in the City of Winner’s choice; [2] $500 spending money for the Winner; [3] one (1) autographed copy of the DVD; [4] if the Winner resides more than 250 miles from the City, round-trip coach air transportation for the Family between an airport near the Winner’s residence (”airport of origin”) and an airport near the City; and [5] round-trip car service transfers between the airport and hotel in the City. Approximate retail value (”ARV”) of Grand Prize is $3,000.
