Eligibility : Nationwide Bank to Win 2009 (the “Promotion”) is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia (excluding Colorado) who are eighteen (18) years old and older at the time of entry. Void in Colorado and where prohibited.

Promotion Period : The Nationwide Bank to Win 2009 will begin September 21, 2009 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (”ET”), through 11:59 p.m. ET, November 4, 2009 (the “Promotion Period”).

How To Enter : During the Promotion Period, visit www.nationwidebank.com/banktowin and follow the links and instructions to complete and submit the registration form, including a valid home address. P.O. Boxes are not permitted.

Limit : Each participant may enter/play one (1) time per day during the Promotion Period.

Sweepstakes Prize: ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: A trip for two (2) to Las Vegas for the Nationwide Series Race at Las Vegas Motor Speedway on February 27, 2010.
