Eligibility : Jonas Brothers The 3D Concert Experience World Premiere Ultimate Fan Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents who are physically located within the 50 states or D.C. (“Territory”).

Promotion Period : The Jonas Brothers The 3D Concert Experience World Premiere Ultimate Fan Sweepstakes may only be entered Online by a registered Disney.com guest (“Member”) during the period beginning at 12:01 A.M. Pacific Time, January 19, 2009, and ending at 11:59:59 P.M. Pacific Time, February 16, 2009 (“Entry Period”).

How To Enter :
As a Member, you may enter by logging onto disney.go.com/disneypictures/jonasbrothers3d/sweepstakes (“Website”), logging in with your Member Name and Password and following the “How to Enter” instructions (“Entry”). If you are not a Member, you may become a Member for free by visiting the Website and registering by providing the requested information on the Registration Form through the link on the site: “Not registered?” Upon becoming a Member by registration, you may enter the Sweepstakes by following the above instructions. Parent/legal guardian (“Parent”) of a child under the age of 13 will be sent an email notifying him/her of the child’s Entry into the Sweepstakes. No response by the Parent to the email is required for the child to enter; however, if the Parent does not want his/her child to enter, Parent may click on a link in the email and complete the steps required to cancel the child’s Entry and delete the child’s information.

Limit : Only one Entry per person/Address per calendar day (regardless of whether one person has more than one Address or more than one person use the same Address).

Prize (s):

GRAND PRIZE: one trip (“Trip”) for Sponsor-selected number of days/nights for the winner (“Winner”) and 3 of his/her guests (“Guests”) (collectively, “Group”) to attend the World Premiere of the “Jonas Brothers 3D Concert Experience“, currently scheduled for February 24, 2008, in Los Angeles, CA or other Sponsor-selected screening within 50 United States (collectively, “Screening”). Los Angeles, CA and city where other Sponsor-selected screening within 50 United States is collectively referred to as “City”. The Trip will consist of the following elements for the Group: [1] hotel accommodations (two (2) standard rooms, double occupancy and room tax); [2] tickets to the Screening; [3] if Winner resides more than two hundred fifty (250) miles from the City, round-trip coach air transportation on Sponsor-selected dates on a Sponsor-selected carrier between a Sponsor-selected major metropolitan airport near winner’s residence in the Territory (“airport of origin”) and a Sponsor-selected airport in or near the City and [4] airport/hotel transfers. The Screening tickets may not be offered for sale (e.g., on auction websites or via ticket brokers) and if sold, will not be honored for admission to the Screening, which is not available to the general public. All expenses not specifically mentioned in these Rules are not included and are solely the Winner’s responsibility, including but not limited to: transportation to the Screening, alcoholic beverages, fax, food, gratuities and tips, insurance, laundry service, merchandise, parking, room service, service charges, souvenirs and telephone calls. Approximate retail value (“ARV”): $3,500, which will vary depending upon points of departure and destination and fluctuation of hotel rates and airfares.
