Esprit How We Met Contest

Eligibility : The Esprit How We Met Contest (the “Promotion”) is only open to legal residents of the United States who are at least 21 years old as of the date of entry

Promotion Period : Esprit How We Met Contest begins April 3rd 2009 at 12:00 a.m. E.S.T. and ends April 23rd 2009 at 11:59 p.m. P.S.T., when all entries must be received (“Promotion Period”).

How To Enter : Visit www.esprit.com/howwemet during the Promotion Period and follow the instructions to complete the required fields on the entry form

Limit : One Promotion Entry per person and per e-mail address during the Promotion Period

Prize (s):

There will be a total of one (1) winning Participating Team (“Winning Team”). The prize consist of a trip for 3 days and 4 nights to Paris, Barcelona or Berlin for the Winning Team (“Prize”). The Prize includes two roundtrip coach plane tickets to Paris, Barcelona or Berlin, hotel accommodations (one room for Winning Team to share), car transfers to and from the airport to the hotel in the destination city only, a $250 shopping spree at one of Sponsor’s flagship stores in Paris, Barcelona or Berlin for each person in the Participating Team ($500 total), and $250 spending money for each person in the Participating Team ($500 total). The aggregate approximate retail value of the prizes is US$4,800.

Winners : For a list containing the names of the Winning Team, send a self-addressed stamped envelope, within six (6) months of the Drawing Date, to: Winner List, ESPRIT “HOW WE MET” CONTEST at ESPRIT US Retail Ltd., 1370 Broadway, 17th Floor, New York, NY 10018.
