In this case, I’ll be talking the Lansinoh® Affinity® Double Electric Breast Pump, an high-end pump at affordable price (especially with Breast Pump tax deductible laws) that is a great pump for busy moms on the go with its double electric free-hands feature but which is also perfect for working moms as work environments are being much more accommodating to breastfeeding mothers.

The Lansinoh® Affinity® Double Electric Breast Pump is one of the most advanced and affordable breast pumps available on the market and it’s featuring a ComfortFit™ Breast Flanges for a soft, secure fit and a Custom Expression™ Technology for maximum milk flow.

This breast pump is simple to use. It comes pre-assembled so it’s almost ready to use out of the box. There are only a few parts so it’s not hard to disassemble for cleaning purpose and it not too hard either to reassemble when you are ready to use it.

It’s fairly easy to operate. Of course, reading the instruction booklet will help figure out the controls and once you learned how to use them and found your “personal settings”, it will work like a charm.
One of the best feature about this electric pump is that you can set and control vacuum strength & cycle speed. This is something you won’t find on a lot of pumps. It allows you to separately adjust the speed and suction settings that are comfortable for you (8 suction and 6 speed settings).

The first option (AC adaptor) will help you maintain the suction settings at their best (you might loose a bit of suction with discharged batteries) and the second one (batteries) will improve portability.

My main concern about this electric pump (and it goes to all electric pumps) is the noise. The instruction booklet says “Small, quiet and lightweight”. Small, yes. Lightweight, yes. Quiet, no.
Even at the slowest speed and lowest level of suction, the pump is still producing a lot of noise.

The Lansinoh® Affinity® Double Electric Breast Pump can be purchased at your local Target, Wal-Mart, or BabiesRUs at a price between $149.99 and $169.99. Some might find it a bit expensive but personally, I think it a fair price for the quality of this product and if you are thinking about having more than one child, it will be a profitable investment because you’ll be using it for years.

The box contains one Lansinoh® Affinity® double electric pump, two 5 oz. bottles, two bottle lids, two extra white valves, AC adapter, velcro strap for tubing and instruction booklet. Unfortunately, you won’t find any carrying/storage case in the box.

The Lansinoh® Affinity® double electric pump is a great high-end pump at affordable price with a few flaws (the main one for me is the amount of noise produced by the pump) but working just as well as you would expect it.

I am expecting a baby boy very soon. He is high risk, bit with love and luck he will be home in 2-3 months. I dont have a pump yet. Its bee pretty expensive so far and I got put on maternity leave being I have 2 -3 appts a week. I am praying to win this pump or I may luck out and the hospital will have one I may use. wow! to win this breast pump would be a true blessing. my son is due decemeber 18th and im currently unemployed with little money. so im going back to work after the birth. i truly think breast is best for babies. so with abreast pump i know my son will get all the nutrition that he needs.

I would like to win this pump because I will be breastfeeding my new little one due this winter. I have a Medela, but it has been in storage for 3 years. I recently tried to plug it in and the suction is way off. Unfortunately I cannot afford a breast pump at this time, although that hasn’t stopped me from looking at new ones. Lansinoh is a very respected and trusted brand that I would love to use for a pump. I have used a few of your other products with my previous babies and they worked wonders! I can only imagine what great quality this pump will provide me.

Please…… I need this pump! My son is to old to latch on( he drinks from cup) I know how great breastmilk is for babies and toddlers. The science is showing the proof! It can kill cancer cells. After loss such as ours to cancer, very aggresive LK( cancer in the blood) No parent shoild go thru this. Please help us!!!!

As a full-time home health nurse, I would need to pump to ensure our baby (due in November) gets breastmilk when at home with dad. Breastmilk can not be replaced by formula and I would hate to resort to it when I am at work. Thank you for this opportunity.

I have Lansinoh® Breast Pump for my second child, absolutely love it. i bring it everyday to my work and at the nest day I just can hand my breast milk to the daycare.
My 3rd child due on October 15, 2011. I would like to get the same convenience. It would really help me in my work days. It will keep my baby and my self healthy

I am having my third pregnancy and will have five children. I would really like to succeed in breast pumping this time with my second set of twins and feel this pump will help me do that. With the other pregnancies I quit pumping after 6 weeks when I went back to work, but with a pump like this I know I could go longer which would really help our pocketbook and my twins at the same time.
