Eligibility : Circuit City Join The Squad Contest is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are the age of majority (19 in Alabama and Nebraska, 18 in all other states) at the time of entry. Void where prohibited.

Promotion Period : You may enter the Circuit City Join The Squad Contest between 12:00:01 am Eastern Time (”ET”) on August 10, 2008 and 11:59:59 pm ET on September 14, 2008 (”Contest Period”).

Prize (s):

ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: The approved Grand Prize Winner will receive the right to be a featured Fanalyst and post videos and video blogs (”vlogs”) on the Fanalyst page located at www.youtube.com/fanalysts during the National Football League playoffs and through the Super Bowl in Sponsor’s sole creative discretion and on dates and times designated by Sponsor. Grand Prize winner will also be invited to Join YouTube’s “YouTube Partner Program”. Grand Prize has no retail value, but if Grand Prize Winner accepts the invitation to join the YouTube Partner Program, Grand Prize Winner may be compensated for views of its videos according to the terms and conditions of the YouTube Partner Program. In order to receive Grand Prize, Grand Prize Winner will be required to sign a contract with YouTube specifying the terms and conditions.
