Eligibility : The MyHomeIdeas.com Idea House Giveaway Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the U.S. and the District of Columbia who are 21 years of age or older as of August 1, 2008.

Promotion Period : Beginning at August 1, 2008 at 8:00 a.m. Central Daylight Savings Time (”CDST”) until 5:00 p.m. CDST on September 30, 2008 (the “Sweepstakes Period”)

Limit : Limit one (1) online entry, per valid email address, per eligible person per day. You will receive one (1) additional online entry by referring at least one other person to this Sweepstakes by entering that person’s valid e-mail address where indicated on the Website during your Sweepstakes registration. Limit one (1) additional online entry per eligible person per day.

Prize (s):

Grand Prize: One (1) Grand Prize Winner shall win the Grand Prize consisting of the MyHomeIdeas.com Idea House at WindMark Beach, Florida, featured on the MyHomeIdeas.com Website, plus interior furnishings, artwork, and décor. The appraised Fair Market Value (”FMV”) of the house is approximately $941,000.00 (includes structure, lot, and landscaping) as of July 1, 2008. All decisions related to the award of the Grand Prize shall be at Main Sponsor’s sole discretion. The Fair Market Value (FMV) of Idea House at the time of award may be affected by market fluctuations. The difference between the FMV stated herein and the FMV of the house at the time of conveyance to Winner will not be awarded. Other merchandise included with the Idea House consist of: (i) furnishings, artwork and decor selected by SPC Digital (Estimated Retail Value “ERV”: $54,000.00); and (ii) design services to the winner (ERV $5,000). The difference between the Estimated Retail Value and the Actual Retail Value will not be awarded. All merchandise will be selected by SPC Digital at its sole discretion. Only a portion of the furnishings and merchandise shown in video footage of the Idea House on the MyHomeIdeas.com are included in the prize package. All prize merchandise will be delivered to the Idea House at WindMark Beach, Florida. The Idea House and all applicable contents shall be conveyed to the Grand Prize Winner without representations or warranties, express or implied, other than those, if any, provided by the contractor/developer (”Developer”) from whom SPC Digital has acquired the Idea House, and any applicable manufacturers’ warranties. REAL ESTATE TRANSFER TAXES, DEED RECORDING CHARGES AND CLOSING COSTS, SHALL BE THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE GRAND PRIZE WINNER, AS WILL ALL CURRENT AND FUTURE REAL ESTATE TAXES AND ALL OTHER TAXES, COSTS, FEES, AND EXPENSES RELATED TO THE MAINTENANCE OF THE HOUSE COMMENCING AS OF THE DATE THE GRAND PRIZE WINNER ACCEPTS THE GRAND PRIZE. TITLE INSURANCE AND HOMEOWNER’S HAZARD AND LIABILITY INSURANCE SHALL BE THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE GRAND PRIZE WINNER. IN THE EVENT THAT MAIN SPONSOR IS UNABLE TO AWARD THE GRAND PRIZE AFTER UNDERTAKING REASONABLE EFFORTS TO DO SO, THE GRAND PRIZE WILL NOT BE AWARDED. Total ERV of all Prizes in this Sweepstakes is $1,000,000.00
