Eligibility : The MyHomeIdeas.com Idea House Giveaway Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the U.S. and the District of Columbia who are 21 years of age or older as of August 1, 2008.

Promotion Period : Beginning at August 1, 2008 at 8:00 a.m. Central Daylight Savings Time (”CDST”) until 5:00 p.m. CDST on September 30, 2008 (the “Sweepstakes Period”)

Limit : Limit one (1) online entry, per valid email address, per eligible person per day. You will receive one (1) additional online entry by referring at least one other person to this Sweepstakes by entering that person’s valid e-mail address where indicated on the Website during your Sweepstakes registration. Limit one (1) additional online entry per eligible person per day.

Prize (s):

Grand Prize: One (1) Grand Prize Winner shall win the Grand Prize consisting of the MyHomeIdeas.com Idea House at WindMark Beach, Florida, featured on the MyHomeIdeas.com Website, plus interior furnishings, artwork, and décor. The appraised Fair Market Value (”FMV”) of the house is approximately $941,000.00 (includes structure, lot, and landscaping) as of July 1, 2008. All decisions related to the award of the Grand Prize shall be at Main Sponsor’s sole discretion. The Fair Market Value (FMV) of Idea House at the time of award may be affected by market fluctuations. The difference between the FMV stated herein and the FMV of the house at the time of conveyance to Winner will not be awarded. Other merchandise included with the Idea House consist of: (i) furnishings, artwork and decor selected by SPC Digital (Estimated Retail Value “ERV”: $54,000.00); and (ii) design services to the winner (ERV $5,000). The difference between the Estimated Retail Value and the Actual Retail Value will not be awarded. All merchandise will be selected by SPC Digital at its sole discretion. Only a portion of the furnishings and merchandise shown in video footage of the Idea House on the MyHomeIdeas.com are included in the prize package. All prize merchandise will be delivered to the Idea House at WindMark Beach, Florida. The Idea House and all applicable contents shall be conveyed to the Grand Prize Winner without representations or warranties, express or implied, other than those, if any, provided by the contractor/developer (”Developer”) from whom SPC Digital has acquired the Idea House, and any applicable manufacturers’ warranties. REAL ESTATE TRANSFER TAXES, DEED RECORDING CHARGES AND CLOSING COSTS, SHALL BE THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE GRAND PRIZE WINNER, AS WILL ALL CURRENT AND FUTURE REAL ESTATE TAXES AND ALL OTHER TAXES, COSTS, FEES, AND EXPENSES RELATED TO THE MAINTENANCE OF THE HOUSE COMMENCING AS OF THE DATE THE GRAND PRIZE WINNER ACCEPTS THE GRAND PRIZE. TITLE INSURANCE AND HOMEOWNER’S HAZARD AND LIABILITY INSURANCE SHALL BE THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE GRAND PRIZE WINNER. IN THE EVENT THAT MAIN SPONSOR IS UNABLE TO AWARD THE GRAND PRIZE AFTER UNDERTAKING REASONABLE EFFORTS TO DO SO, THE GRAND PRIZE WILL NOT BE AWARDED. Total ERV of all Prizes in this Sweepstakes is $1,000,000.00

This is a beautiful home. It would sure make a lovely summer home, but more then likely it would
become my permanent home. The architect and designer are brilliant. Every room is tastefully done.
It would be a dream come true to own this home, as I am planning on retiring soon.

I would love to win the Florida beach house as I love the beach, and I have rented an apartment for the past 15 years since I divorced. I am getting older and don’t think I will ever be able to buy a house of my own. I never thought I would get old and figured I would get married again, but time sneaks up on you and here I am still on my own. The beach house would be not only my dreams coming true but an answer to years and years of prayer. I enter for the chance to win almost everyday, and pray for my dreams to come true.

my husband and I have been married for 15 years. we are in our mid 30s, travel once to twice a year, and think florida is one of best state to visit, including the beautiful panhandle waters which is close to home. We were stationed in Fla in the Vietnam era, as my husband was a pilot of multi-engine
aircraft. I loved the breezes, the beautiful lakes, and the arcitecture, and my very fine, friendly
neighbors, who helped me understand why we must all hang our laundry in the light rains…because soon the wonderful sunshine took care of everything!

We now live in Roseville, CA, a wonderful city of 100,000 persons. When we moved here the population
was only about 37,000. Seems everyone loves being so close to Sacramento. Now a vacation when
we wanted in Fla is indeed a dream come true!

We would like to become eligible to win one of your beautiful homes. We designed our last home and would love to share some of our ideas, mainly for senior citizens. We left our home to move to a state near our daughter and family but miss our design very much. I am 65 years young and have chldren and grandchildren in four states. My husband is retired military and we appreciate new adventures!
