Eligibility : The Dole Grilled Banana Recipe Contest and Sweepstakes is only open to legal residents of Missouri, Illinois, Iowa, Indiana and Wisconsin who are 21 years of age or older.

Promotion Period : The Dole Grilled Banana Recipe Contest and Sweepstakes (collectively, the “Promotion”) commences at 12:00:01 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) on June 26, 2009 and ends at 11:59:59 PM ET on August 1, 2009 (the “Promotion Period”).

How To Enter : To enter the “Recipe Contest,” entrant (“Entrant”) must visit www.DoleGrilledBananas.com (the “Website”) at any time during the Promotion Period and follow on-screen instructions to register

Limit : Limit one (1) Submission per person or email address.

Prize (s):

Exactly one (1) Grand Prize (“Grand Prize”) consisting of a Char-Broil® four burner gas grill (ARV $500USD) will be awarded to the Grand Prize Winner.

Winners : For the name of the Recipe Contest Grand Prize Winner & Sweepstakes Winner and/or Official Rules, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to: Dole Grilled Banana Recipe Contest and Sweepstakes c/o Brandmovers, PO Box 723188, Atlanta, GA 31139. All requests for a copy of the Official Rules and the names of prize winners must be made by December 31, 2009. Please note on the front left- hand corner of your outer envelope whether you are requesting “Official Rules” or the name of a “Prize Winner.”
