Sears Cradle & All Sweepstakes

Eligibility : Sears Cradle & All Sweepstakes (the “Promotion”) is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States (including District of Columbia) who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry.

Promotion Period : The Sears Cradle & All Sweepstakes begins on September 9, 2009 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (”ET”) and ends on December 31, 2009 at 11:59 p.m. ET (the “Promotion Period”)

How To Enter : During the Promotion Period, go to cradleandall.sears.com and browse the Sears Interactive Baby Catalog to find a specially-marked Instant Win Game bubble. The first time you locate and click on an Instant Win Game bubble, you will be redirected to the Promotion and be required to fill out the online registration form. Complete and submit the online registration form including a valid home address. P.O. Boxes are not permitted. Following completion of the registration form or each subsequent login, you automatically will receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes and advance to the Instant Win Game page and receive one (1) Instant Win Game play for that day. Once on the Instant Win Game page, follow the links and instructions to play the Instant Win Game to determine if you are a potential winner. The Instant Win Game results will be instantly displayed.

Limit : Each participant may enter/play three (3) times per day during the Promotion Period.

FOUR (4) GRAND PRIZES (one (1) per Entry Period): A $2,000 Sears Shopping Spree awarded in the form of a Sears gift card. Approximate Retail Value (”ARV”): $2,000.
FOUR (4) FIRST PRIZES (one (1) per Entry Period): A surprise baby prize package consisting of products at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. ARV: $199.99.

Instant Win Game Prizes:
EIGHTY (80) SECOND PRIZES: A $50 Sears digital gift card. ARV: $50.
TWO HUNDRED FORTY (240) THIRD PRIZES: A $20 Sears digital gift card. ARV: $20.
TWO HUNDRED FORTY (240) FOURTH PRIZES: A $10 Sears digital gift card. ARV: $10.

Winners : Winner List requests will only be accepted after the promotion end date (listed above) and no later than April 1, 2010. For the Winner List, visit the promotion website, complete the form at the bottom of the FAQ, and select “Win List Request” in the drop down.
