Ultimate Halloween Sweepstakes

Eligibility : Ultimate Halloween Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry.

Promotion Period : The Ultimate Halloween Sweepstakes begins on October 17, 2008 at 6:00 p.m. Eastern Time (”ET”) and ends on November 7, 2008 at 11:59 p.m. ET (the “Promotion Period”).

Limit : Each participant may enter one (1) time during the Promotion Period.

Prize (s):

ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: A Blu-ray disc player (make and model determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion); the DVD/Blu-ray Home Entertainment Horror Pack (see First Prize for description); and $500 that may be used to throw a party. The $500 will be in the form of a Visa gift card, terms and conditions apply. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $1,055.80.

TWO (2) FIRST PRIZES: A DVD/Blu-ray Home Entertainment Horror Pack, each consisting of: (A) on Blu-ray disc: The Omen: The Complete Collection and Young Frankenstein, and (B) on DVD: Chucky’s 20th Birthday Edition of Child’s Play, 28 Weeks Later, Hills Have Eyes, Pumpkinhead Collector’s Edition, Jeepers Creepers, Misery, Hannibal, Alien and Turistas.
