The Keep Going Sweepstakes

Eligibility : The Sweepstakes and the Contest (collectively, the “Promotion”) are open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age and older.

Promotion Period : The “Keep Going Sweepstakes” (“Sweepstakes”) begins at 12:00:00 PM Eastern Daylight Time (EDT) on April 12, 2008 and ends at 12:00:00 PM EDT on July 12, 2008 (the “Sweepstakes Promotion Period”).

Limit : One (1) entry per day per person or email address. A maximum of five (5) email address registrations per postal mailing address can be made throughout the length of the Sweepstakes.

Prize (s):
91 Daily Sweepstakes Prizes: Each daily Sweepstakes winner will receive one (1) 12-pack display of MAXXED™ pops (Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $12).

13 Weekly Sweepstakes Prizes: Each weekly Sweepstakes winner will receive one (1) engraved maxxedpop.com silver iPod shuffle (ARV $65).

1 Grand Prize: One (1) winner will be selected on or about July 19, 2008 to receive the following grand prize package: One (1) Xbox 360 Elite Bundle, one (1) 42’’ HDTV 1080p LCD TV, one (1) home theater 5.1 channel system with DVD, one (1) $250 Game Stop gift card, one (1) 12-pack display of MAXXED™ pops , and a check in the amount of $2,494.27 to help cover taxes. Total ARV is $6,356.27.
