Eligibility : The Rayovac Bolt Sweepstakes (the “Game”) is open only to legal residents of the 50 states of the U.S. and Washington, D.C., ages eighteen (18) years or older as of November 1, 2008. Void in Puerto Rico and where prohibited by law.

Promotion Period : RAYOVAC BOLT SWEEPSTAKES BEGINS ON NOVEMBER 1, 2008 AT 12:00:01 A.M. CENTRAL TIME (CT) AND ENDS AT 12:00:00 A.M. CT[MIDNIGHT] ON JUNE 30, 2009 (“PROMOTION PERIOD”).

Limit : Limit one (1) game play per code

Prize (s):

Grand Prize (5): A Wii™ home video game system and one (1) copy of the Disney Bolt video game for
the Wii™ System (Approximate Retail Value (ARV) $300.00 each).

First Prize (480): one (1) copy of the Disney Bolt video game for the Wii™ system. (ARV $50.00 each).

Second Prize (101,911): one (1) movie ticket. (ARV $8.00 each).
