Eligibility : Total Rewards The Suitcase Man Online Giveaway is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least twenty-one (21) years old at the time of entry.

Promotion Period : The Total Rewards The Suitcase Man Online Giveaway begins on September 14, 2009 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (”ET”) and ends on October 31, 2009 at 11:59 p.m. ET (the “Promotion Period”).

How To Enter : During the Promotion Period, visit www.thesuitcaseman.com/sweepstakes and follow the links and instructions to complete the registration.

Limit : Each participant may enter one (1) time per day during the Promotion Period.

Prize (s):

ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: $5,000. Approximate Retail Value (”ARV”): $5,000.

ONE (1) FIRST PRIZE: $4,000. ARV: $4,000.

FIVE (5) SECOND PRIZES: A trip for two (2) to the winner’s choice of the Horseshoe properties in Bossier City, LA; Robinsonville, MS; Elizabeth, IN; or Council Bluffs, IA. Trip package includes roundtrip coach-class air transportation for two (2) from an airport near winner’s home (determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion); to an airport near selected Horseshoe property; two (2) nights accommodations at the selected Horseshoe property (single room, double occupancy); and $500 spending money. ARV: $1,700.
